items ship from providence, rhode island within 1-7 business days of receiving payment! pre-order items take longer, usually 4-6 weeks depending on the item. some items take 8-12 weeks for preorder!
all international orders are at the customers risk! I cannot offer replacements for pieces held in customs or lost in interntional mail systems, as I have no way to follow or track them after they leave the US!
INTERNATIONAL TRACKING ONLY WORKS TO THE US BORDER- beyond the border there is no way for me to track your parcel!

be tender when handling bone jewelry, and try not to drop pieces on the ground!
it is natural for a jewelry piece with a patina on it to gently wear over time. in this way patinas can change slightly and become either lighter or darker as you wear the piece!

each patch is printed with fabric ink and heat set with an iron before shipping.
please only wash in cold water on a delicate cycle and do not use bleach!
handwash dyed silks in delicate detergent or neutral PH dishwashing liquid, hang to dry, and store them away from direct sunlight. natural dyes can alter with age, just like humans! keep an eye out for the patina of time!
